Google Webmaster Tools now have option to download most recent links, downloaded excel have two columns, Link URL and date on which Google discovered the link.

You can now download links from Google *sorted by date*. Nice. Look for “Download latest links” in console UI. Pass it on!
By this option, now site owners can have better idea about which links may have resulted in negative or positive rankings of the website.
